## Description

WSP in the Middle East is currently hiring for Associate / Principal Electrical Design Engineer – Data Centres & Mission Critical who will lead multidisciplinary design, advisory, and delivery of mission‑critical data centre projects across the region. The role will oversee client engagement, project strategy, technical excellence, and team leadership, while ensuring all data centre solutions meet global standards for resilience, sustainability, and scalability.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s preferred. 12+ years of experience in mission-critical/data centre design, delivery, or advisory. Strong understanding of Tier standards, NFPA, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute guidelines. Proven experience in GCC markets (UAE and/or KSA). Experience working with large consultancies or international engineering firms. Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing abilities.
