This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to the strategic side of the design and consultancy industry, working closely with senior leaders on proposals, strategic planning, and client engagement for some of the region’s most iconic built-environment projects. As a Graduate Architect , you will support bid coordination, proposal development, design documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how strategy, governance, and market insight influence successful project delivery and work-winning.

## Requirements

UAE National (Emirati passport holder)  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design discipline   Strong command of written and spoken English and Arabic  Interest in architecture, strategic thinking, and proposal writing  Familiarity with bid/proposal development processes is an advantage  Excellent attention to detail, organization, and document formatting skills  Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office  Strong visual presentation and layout abilities  Eagerness to learn, with a proactive mindset and ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment  Basic understanding of commercial principles within a design or consultancy context    Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.   Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
