## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager – Saudi Arabia to lead our operations in the country. The candidate should be a Saudi national with experience in customer relationship management and operations management. This role involves driving business growth, managing existing contracts, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

## Requirements

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering. Experience: Several years of experience in operations management, contracts management, business development, customer relationship management within the TIC industry in Saudi Arabia.  Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships up to C suite level.  Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
