## Description

Rakbank is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - QA to lead testing initiatives and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Banking Systems . This role is responsible for driving quality assurance best practices, test automation, and end-to-end testing across digital banking solutions while managing onshore and offshore QA teams. What you Will Do: Lead end-to-end testing activities across SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Production releases. Design and implement test strategies, frameworks, and automation solutions. Act as SME for Core Banking, Digital Banking, CRM, IVR, ATM, Cards, and Banking Systems Integration . Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality delivery. Manage defect triage, QA governance, risk mitigation, and release readiness. Drive continuous improvement through QA metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Lead and mentor QA teams while coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers. What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of QA/Testing experience , with at least 3 years in a Lead or SME role supporting banking systems and transformation projects. Strong experience in: Functional, Integration, Regression, and Automation Testing Banking Systems and Digital Channels Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps environments Test Automation Tools such as Selenium, UFT, JMeter, TestNG, Postman , or similar Proven leadership experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore QA teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Skill: Core Banking Platforms Digital Banking Channels Cards & Payments Systems Banking Integrations Compliance & Regulatory Testing

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of QA/Testing experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or SME role supporting banking systems and transformation projects. Strong experience in functional, integration, regression, and automation testing for banking systems and digital channels. Experience in agile, waterfall, and DevOps environments. Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, JMeter, TestNG, Postman, or similar. Proven leadership experience managing distributed/onshore-offshore QA teams.
