## Description

WSP Middle East is seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Director to lead the successful delivery of a landmark high-rise tower in Riyadh,KSA. The successful candidate will have an unwavering commitment to quality across every aspect of delivery — from the service we provide and the client relationships we build, to the teams we lead and the construction works we supervise. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, budget, schedule, and WSP’s commitment to excellence.

## Requirements

Qualifications/Experience A degree in a discipline suited to the work to be delivered, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Construction Supervision projects. 20+ years’ experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects. Working for an international consultancy for 20+ years and over 5 years of experience in the Middle East. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong client interface presence. Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnelling and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved. PMP, RICS, or similar project management certification is an advantage.  Pre-contract design management experience under the RIBA framework (e.g., coordination during RIBA Stages 2–4, oversight of multidisciplinary design teams, value engineering, and design governance). High-rise project leadership experience, clearly noting the scale (GFA, height, no. of floors) and complexity (mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or commercial) of the developments.  Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) delivery strategy exposure, such as constructability reviews, logistics planning, sequencing, and value engineering input at early design stages.
