## Description

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Mission Critical Principal Engineer – Electrical to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end electrical system design for data centers, ensuring solutions meet rigorous reliability, efficiency, and compliance standards.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.  10+ years of progressive electrical experience in planning, designing, and delivering large-scale data centers, including multiple Uptime Tier III/IV projects.  Demonstrated ability to coordinate with stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.  Professional certifications such as Uptime Tier Certified Professional, PMP, LEED AP, or BICSI RCDD are highly desirable.  In-depth knowledge of Data Centres Electrical infrastructure, Power distribution topologies, servers, storage, network systems, SCADA systems, power management, ELV, and security. Experienced in data center construction phasing and associated design planning.  Strong communication skills for effective client presentations, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional coordination.  Familiarity with local and international codes and standards, including NEC, IEC, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, PDPL, and ESMA.  Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
