## Description

WSP is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing quantity surveying activities for a major roads & highways construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in quantity surveying and construction management to contribute to impactful infrastructure projects in Riyadh.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the construction industry. Extensive experience in road, bridge, highway, tunnel, rail, metro, and related infrastructure projects, ideally within a consulting environment. Strong proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, such as CostX, Candy, or similar platforms. In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry standards, particularly in the Saudi Arabian context. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to mentor and develop junior staff members. Professional accreditation or membership with relevant industry bodies (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills would be advantageous.
