## Description

We are looking for a Senior Traffic Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Transport & Infrastructure team for a major project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all traffic engineering and traffic management aspects during the construction and operational phases of a large-scale transport infrastructure project.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering , Traffic Engineering , or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in traffic engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or SME-level role . Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure or transport projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC . Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory frameworks , including MOT , Riyadh Municipality , and Royal Commission standards. Expertise in temporary traffic management (TTM) , construction staging , and traffic impact mitigation . Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD , Synchro , SIDRA , VISSIM , or similar tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory. Experience coordinating with public sector authorities , contractors , and multidisciplinary supervision teams .
