## Description

The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, development, and continuous transformation of Mashreq's end-to-end Retail Banking Workflow Management Systems. The individual must possess deep expertise across Retail Banking Operations , with proven experience in building and delivering digital products spanning customer onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards, compliance, and other retail banking workflow processes. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, BPM platforms, APIs, and cloud-native technologies .
