## Description

The Personal Loan Retention Officer is responsible for managing customer retention activities for Personal Loans and Finance products, handling Liability Letter (LL) requests, Fresh and Top-Up loan opportunities, and facilitating loan rescheduling and restructuring solutions. The role focuses on retaining existing customers, providing suitable financial solutions, ensuring timely processing of requests, and maintaining adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service turnaround times.
