## Description

The jobs in this level are responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities by promoting residential units, generating and following up on sales leads, dealing with customers through inbound and outbound communications, and supporting marketing campaigns. The job is also responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales or leasing process, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to market and competitor analysis to support occupancy and revenue targets.

## Requirements

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Studies, Communication, or any other related field. OR Diploma with 2–4 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience. Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Leasing, or a related field.
