## Description

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our insurance business. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional sales performance. You will work closely with Branch Sales team

## Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively close sales deals. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices. Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage. A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development.
