## Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our mortgage business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

## Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Proven track record of successful team management and sales leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment. A proactive and results-driven approach to work. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Any relevant certifications or additional qualifications will be an advantage.
