## Description

KEY RESULT AREAS • Maintain the quality of applications brought in for satisfactory approval rates. • Maintain Product mix to ensure profitability of business. • Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer. • Ensure adherence to Credit and Policy guidelines in sourcing customers by maintaining quality of applicants and proper documentation. • Manage bulk sourcing of customers from corporate sector and exploiting sales opportunities by translating them into fruitful business relationships. • Follow the documentation policy guidelines while accepting the documents from the customer. • Interaction with Team Leader regarding expectations and to ensure target achievements. • 5 Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships • Competitive, dynamic, volatile and regulated business environment with low entry / exit barriers. • The job holder will be operating within well-defined and demarcated business areas and is required to adhere to the policies and guidelines set out in the Bank’s Credit Policy Manual. • Candidate must effectively / actively liaise with his superiors and direct reports within the business unit to achieve business objectives. • Works in an environment of daily reporting with six days working. 6 PROBLEM SOLVING • Sales require understanding customers’ individual financial circumstances. • Responsible for assisting staff and customers in achieving their goals and objectives. 7 DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITY • Responsible for honestly assisting the customer in achieving his objectives through courteous and friendly service, accurate promises keeping within the service delivery standards set by the bank. • Should have complete product & policy information to ensure necessary documents are provided by the customer before submission to ensure smooth TAT. Classification: Internal Use 8 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written • Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking. • Any discipline with1 year sales experience
