As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our insurance sales division within the Retail Banking Group. ## Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance sales with a proven track record of success. Strong knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales pipeline. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
