## Description

What You'll Do: Support business leaders on people-related initiatives and HR matters. Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives. Deliver HR reports and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and absence reporting. Assist in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement programs. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities and Emirati talent initiatives. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver end-to-end people solutions. Support change management and transformation initiatives across the business. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Central Bank regulations, and internal policies. What We Are Looking For: UAE National with a Family Book. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Banking & Finance, Law, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, or Generalist HR roles. Experience within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is preferred. Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. ## Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Banking & Finance, Law, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, or Generalist HR roles.
