## Description

What You'll Be Doing: Develop and maintain model-ready datasets by sourcing, cleansing, and transforming data from multiple sources. Support the development, testing, recalibration, and monitoring of credit risk models and scorecards. Perform portfolio monitoring, segmentation, trend analysis, and risk assessments. Build and automate reports, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks for key risk indicators. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify emerging risks and business opportunities. Support model governance activities, including documentation, validation evidence, and regulatory submissions. Research and evaluate new analytical techniques, machine learning methodologies, and data sources to improve risk analytics capabilities. What We're Looking For: UAE National with a strong interest in Risk Analytics, Data Science, and Financial Services. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or risk analytics. Experience with Python, SQL, and analytical methodologies. Exposure to banking, fintech, or financial services is advantageous. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
