## Description

What You'll Be Doing: Conduct legal research on banking, regulatory, and contractual matters. Assist with the review, drafting, and administration of contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Maintain legal records, contract databases, and document repositories. Support the preparation of legal reports, correspondence, presentations, and management information reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation for legal matters. Monitor regulatory developments and maintain records of legal and regulatory updates impacting the Bank. Assist with litigation management, compliance reviews, and legal advisory matters. Support coordination with external counsel, regulators, and other external stakeholders when required. What We're Looking For: UAE National with a strong interest in Banking, Corporate, and Regulatory Law. Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. Basic understanding of UAE legal principles and regulatory frameworks. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
