## Description

The Sr. AI Creative Specialist develops high-quality visual, video, and multimedia content by combining creative production expertise with AI-powered technologies. The role supports corporate, marketing, product, executive, and internal communications by leveraging generative AI to accelerate content creation, enhance creative quality, improve scalability, and reduce reliance on external agencies. The role translates business and brand requirements into compelling visual stories and digital experiences while applying efficient AI-enabled creative workflows, tools, and production practices.

## Requirements

          Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Animation, Digital Media, Marketing, Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as Adobe Certified Professional, AI / Generative AI, Digital media, video production, motion graphics, or related professional certifications are advantageous Experience: 4–8 years of professional experience in creative production, multimedia, digital content, visual communications, video production, or a related field. Strong experience in video and multimedia production, including editing, motion graphics, cinematography, VFX, color grading, and post-production. Hands-on experience using generative AI tools for image, video, audio, animation, voice, avatar, and multimedia content creation. Experience developing creative content for corporate brands, marketing campaigns, products, executives, events, and digital channels. Experience developing AI prompts, creative workflows, templates, and reusable production assets. Experience collaborating with Marketing, Communications, Product, HR, and business stakeholders. Experience supporting in-house creative production and reducing reliance on external agencies is preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, multimedia production, and AI-enabled creative work is required. Skills & Competencies: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
