## Description

Overview: The Business Development Manager supports ADC’s growth agenda by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening strategic relationships, and supporting market expansion initiatives. Reporting to the Director, this role focuses on executing approved business development strategies, managing selected client and partner relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across ADC’s connectivity and digital solutions portfolio.The role combines commercial analysis, opportunity development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable business outcomes.

## Requirements

Education: •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field   Experience: •6+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial strategy. •Experience in telecom, connectivity, or technology sectors preferred. •Demonstrated experience supporting revenue generation initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships. •Exposure to commercial modeling and proposal development is an advantage.   Skills & Competencies: •Commercial & Analytical Thinking •Opportunity Assessment •Negotiation Support Skills •Communication & Presentation Skills
