## Description

The Solution Development Consultant provides senior solution consulting and digital transformation expertise, translating complex customer business challenges into innovative, scalable, secure, and commercially viable digital platform solutions. The role bridges customers, Sales, Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams, leading solution development from opportunity shaping and customer discovery through proposal, solution design, and transition to delivery. The Consultant acts as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value, align with product and technology strategy, and meet functional, technical, commercial, security, and scalability requirements.

## Requirements

          Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related discipline. A master’s degree is considered an advantage. Relevant certifications in TOGAF, AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Architecture, ITIL, CBAP, PMP / PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum are an advantage. Experience: 12–16 years of experience in IT, digital platforms, enterprise solutions, technology consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation with 8+ years in solution consulting, solution architecture, business consulting, or pre-sales. Proven experience designing enterprise-scale digital platform solutions and translating complex business requirements into technology solutions. Strong experience engaging customers, senior stakeholders, and executives. Proven experience with RFP/RFQ/tender responses, technical proposals, SOWs, solution sizing, and commercial inputs. Experience working across Product, Sales, Architecture, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams. Experience developing reusable solution patterns, accelerators, or reference architectures is preferred Multi-industry and complex enterprise environment experience is advantageous. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, integration architectures, data, and modern digital technologies.
