## Description

Work closely with local BU management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

## Requirements

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PPT. Experience in the Oil & Gas/Energy sector (Preferred) HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
