## Description

Overview The job holder is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the development and productization of Data and AI solutions, translating strategic priorities into market-ready products and services. The role supports the definition of product standards, commercial models, customer propositions, and go-to-market requirements, while working closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure product readiness, usability, adoption, and sustainable value realization across NHCI. Key Responsibilities Translate Data & AI strategic priorities into clearly defined product development and productization requirements aligned with NHCI’s business objectives. Define and enhance Data & AI productization standards covering service interfaces, configuration requirements, documentation, support models, versioning, and release practices. Provide expertise on the conversion of Data and AI models, capabilities, and solutions into scalable and commercially viable products and services. Assess market trends, customer needs, competitive offerings, and emerging use cases to identify and prioritize Data & AI product opportunities. Evaluate demand signals from NHCI stakeholders, customers, and partners and translate them into structured product requirements and development priorities. Develop product concepts and value propositions that clearly articulate target users, use cases, customer benefits, differentiation, and expected value. Define product requirements and functional specifications in collaboration with Data, AI, Technology, Engineering, and relevant business stakeholders. Support the development of business cases for Data & AI products by assessing market potential, expected benefits, costs, risks, time-to-value, and commercial viability. Provide input into pricing and monetization strategies, including subscription, usage-based, tiered, and other applicable commercial models. Define product packaging requirements, including SKUs, entitlements, service levels, support tiers, and applicable commercial terms. Coordinate with technical teams to validate data availability, model readiness, quality assurance, integration requirements, scalability, security, and overall product readiness. Oversee the translation of Data and AI capabilities into customer-ready product experiences, including APIs, SDKs, configuration templates, documentation, sample notebooks, and other enablement assets. Support the design and enhancement of user-facing applications and digital experiences that enable customers to access and consume Data & AI products effectively. Ensure product interfaces and customer journeys provide a consistent, intuitive, and fit-for-purpose user experience.
