The role ensures that fabrication is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and international codes. The position plays a critical role in coordinating between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to deliver fabricated piping systems in line with project schedule, quality, and cost objectives.

It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges.   Expected: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas projects, with at least 8–10 years in a senior piping fabrication management role. Proven experience on large-scale EPC or EPCM projects, preferably with ADNOC Gas or similar Middle East operators. Strong knowledge of piping fabrication processes, welding, materials management, and quality control requirements. Extensive experience managing fabrication yards and subcontractors on multi-billion-dollar projects. Familiarity with ADNOC standards, specifications, and working procedures is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage complex interfaces between engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in modularization and offshore/onshore fabrication is an advantage. Knowledge of digital fabrication tracking systems and completions systems is desirable.
