## Description

The Role: The PMC Contracts Manager shall be responsible for contract management across for 2, already awarded, major EPC projects, ensuring robust and effective post‑award contract administration. The role requires a highly experienced professional capable of safeguarding contractual entitlements, managing claims, and providing leadership across multi‑disciplinary project teams in alignment with applicable policies, procedures, and contractual frameworks. It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world’s most critical challenges.  Expected:  BS degree in engineering or Equivalent Minimum 20 years of experience in contract management for major oil & gas, energy, infrastructure projects. Demonstrated experience in both pre‑award tender management and post‑award contract administration. Strong background in managing high‑value EPC / EPCM contracts and complex claims negotiations. Proven track record of successfully closing out contracts with optimized commercial outcomes. Candidates with experience in dispute avoidance, claims management, and claims negotiation will be prioritized for this role.
