## Description

Oversees triage prioritization, rapid assessment, stabilization, and emergency interventions. Ensures timely, accurate documentation and compliance with organizational standards. Promotes evidence‑based emergency practices and guides staff in clinical emergencies. Responds immediately to critical conditions such as cardiac arrest, trauma, and resuscitation. Ensures proper medication administration, narcotic control, and adherence to ER medication safety protocols. Coordinates patient flow from arrival to admission, discharge, or transfer. Ensures readiness of emergency equipment, supplies, and resuscitation resources. Guides emergency management for mass‑casualty incidents, disaster activation, and surge events as required.

## Requirements

Required : • Bachelor degree in Nursing OR • Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with minimum two (2) years course duration AND • Successful completion of the National exam : ✓ USA: NCLEX - RN ✓ Canada: Licensing Exam ✓DOH License or eligibility
