The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. Job Summary: Handle incoming reservation calls, emails, and booking requests. Expert in OPERA Create, modify, and cancel hotel reservations accurately. Check room availability, rates, packages, and promotions. Explain hotel facilities, room types, rates, cancellation policies, and booking conditions to guests. Recommend suitable rooms and services based on guest requirements. Use upselling techniques to promote higher room categories, packages, and additional services. Enter guest information and special requests accurately into the reservation/PMS system. Respond to guest questions and resolve reservation-related problems professionally. Maintain guest confidentiality and follow Marriott's service and privacy standards. Process reservation guarantees and payment-related information according to hotel procedures. Meet required quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.
