Qualification: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an upscale or international hotel, is an advantage. Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, all-day dining outlet, or hotel F&B operation is an advantage. Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques. Strong communication, leadership, guest service, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures. Ability to lead a team, manage service during peak periods, and maintain high service standards. Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
