## Description

A Hostess at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is the first point of contact for our restaurants and is responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent guest experience. Your role is pivotal in upholding Forbes Five-Star standards by anticipating guest needs, delivering exceptional and memorable experiences, and ensuring every guest feels valued, welcomed, and cared for throughout their visit.

## Requirements

What are we looking for? A Hostess at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: •    Previous experience in a similar role or in Food and Beverage department •    Positive attitude •    Excellent communication skills (oral and written) •    Committed to delivering high levels of customer service •    Excellent grooming standards •    Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations •    Ability to work on your own or in teams •    Previous experience of cash handling •    Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations •    Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations •    Ability to work on your own and as part of a team It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: •    Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel in Dubai  •    Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star standards What will it be like to work for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts?
