As a Kids Club Supervisor , you’re not just providing administrative support to ensure seamless spa operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality, Recreation, Childcare, Education, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a Kids Club, childcare, recreation, resort, hotel, or similar environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Strong understanding of child safety, hygiene, and safeguarding practices. First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with children of different ages, cultures, and backgrounds. Friendly, energetic, patient, and responsible personality. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
