As a Night Manager (Arabic Speaker) , you’re not just overseeing overnight hotel operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration , or a related field is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience , with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role . Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager in an international hotel is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division, and hotel night operations . Proven ability to lead and manage a multi-department operation and make sound decisions independently. Strong knowledge of SOPs, guest service, health & safety, and security procedures . Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on business requirements.
