## Description

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Coordinate and support L&D activities, including onboarding, training programs, mandatory learning, employee development, training records, and reporting. Work closely with departments to identify training needs and support continuous learning and career development.

## Requirements

What It Takes to Make the Stay Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field . 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills . Good knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with LMS / HR systems is preferred. Good command of English and Arabic . Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different levels of employees. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
