The following capabilities and qualifications would be advantageous: Proven experience in a Learning & Development leadership role within hospitality. Previous Hilton experience preferred.  Hospitality coaching, training, facilitation, or adult learning certifications (e.g., Hilton programs) are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, talent development, and leadership capability building. Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Collaborative mindset with a passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams. Excellent communication, active listening, and emotional intelligence skills. Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external service.
