## Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and oversee the hotel’s marketing strategy and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the hotel’s brand presence, driving awareness and demand, and developing innovative marketing campaigns that support business objectives and enhance guest engagement.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and brand management. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset. Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies. Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong knowledge of the local market and hospitality industry is preferred.
