Have a deep understanding of hygiene standards and sanitation protocols to maintain cleanliness in kitchens, dining areas, and other facilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests, including handling chemicals safely and preventing accidents. Understanding of basic equipment maintenance procedures to ensure that tools and machinery remain in good working condition.
