## Requirements

What are we looking for? A Spa Therapist at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: •    Experience as a Spa Therapist within a luxury hospitality environment. •    Relevant qualification or certification in massage, beauty therapy, or a related field. •    Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, hygiene, and health and safety standards. •    Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. •    Ability to understand and follow operating procedures, safety guidelines, and treatment protocols. •    Excellent grooming and professional presentation standards. •    Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, discreet, and guest-focused approach. •    Ability to identify guest needs and provide personalised treatment recommendations. •    Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. •    Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining Forbes Five-Star service standards. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: •    Previous experience in a Forbes Five-Star or luxury hotel spa. •    Additional recognised spa or wellness certifications.
