Qualification: Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. Previous experience in a supervisory or HR generalist role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, and labor regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to build strong relationships with Team Members and leaders at all levels. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
