## Requirements

What It Takes to Make the Stay In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.  Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety, and mechanical equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel/facility equipment and systems. Knowledge of workplace safety practices, permit-to-work systems, lockout/tagout, and risk assessment procedures. Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), Guestroom Management System (GRMS) & Chiller Management System (CMS) Ability to diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment failures, and implement effective corrective actions. Strong understanding of energy conservation practices and efficient operation of building services. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage workload efficiently, and respond effectively to emergency maintenance situations.
