This role contributes to revenue growth across Rooms, Meetings & Events, Food & Drinks, and other hotel offerings while delivering exceptional service that reflects Waldorf Astoria's commitment to luxury and excellence.

## Requirements

What are we looking for?  A Sales Manager - Corporate serving for the Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: •    Previous experience in a luxury hotel in the UAE with strong knowledge of the corporate segment •    Proven success in a Sales Manager role, with a consistent track record of achieving targets and closing high-value deals •    Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with genuine care and attention to detail •    Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills •    Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards •    Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure. •    Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: •    Masters Degree in Hospitality Management •    Strong leadership skills •    Ability to budget and forecast •    Familiarity with Hilton systems and global sales processes is a plus •    Passion for hospitality, sales excellence, and exceeding guest expectations •    Multilingual capabilities will be considered an asset What will it be like to work for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts?  Waldorf Astoria provides guests the exceptional environment and the personalized attention of True Waldorf Service that creates a singular experience.
