## Description

The Institutional Effectiveness Senior Specialist will drive the university’s Quality Assurance Framework, manage data collection and analysis, coordinate audits and accreditation activities, and produce key institutional publications. The role ensures compliance, informs decision‑making, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement across academic and administrative units.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, IT or a related field. Minimum years of relevant experience: 4 - 7 Proven experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or institutional effectiveness. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Experience designing and administering surveys, focus groups, or similar feedback mechanisms. Familiarity with higher‑education accreditation standards and reporting requirements. Knowledge of information security and data confidentiality best practices. Ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative departments.
