## Description

Employee Relations Specialist serves as a first point of contact providing support to management and employees through analysis and interpretation of University policies and procedures, review and resolution of employee requests, and objective assistance in problem-solving as applicable.

## Requirements

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field. Required Experience Expats: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. UAE Nationals: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
