## Description

Overview The Data & AI Supervisor is responsible for overseeing data management and AI initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and the successful deployment of analytics and AI solutions. This role leads a team of data professionals and ensures alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Supervise data and AI operations, including data analysis, reporting, and model deployment Manage and guide data analysts, engineers, and AI specialists Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with policies Oversee development and implementation of AI/ML models Translate business needs into data and AI solutions Monitor performance of data systems, dashboards, and AI models Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data capabilities Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and business value Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field 4+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or related roles Strong knowledge of data tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.) Understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills #LI-DNI

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field
4+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or related roles
Strong knowledge of data tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, etc.)
