## Description

As Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating legal risks, coordinating with ZMU legal teams, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the successful enhancement of Zayed Military University's talent acquisition efforts.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Finance Certification or extensive knowledge of legal methodologies and tools. Adaptability, proactivity, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities. Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills. Expats: Minimum 12 years of experience. UAE Nationals: Minimum 8 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in legal research and drafting. Familiarity with UAE legal frameworks and regulations.
