## Description

We are seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Lead Account Manager to drive growth across our Catalyst, Adsorbents, and Specialty Products portfolio within the UOP Process Technology Refining & Petrochemical (R&P) business. This role holds full account ownership across key refining, petrochemical, and gas processing customers in KSA, with responsibility for strategic account development, revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships. You will operate at the intersection of commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders, shaping opportunities from early-stage engagement through to contract closure and execution.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred); advanced degree is a plus. 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical-commercial roles within refining, petrochemical, or gas processing industries. Demonstrated success in catalyst, adsorbents, and specialty chemicals sales. Strong understanding of KSA market landscape. Proven ability to manage complex, high-value accounts and multi-stakeholder sales processes. Strong commercial acumen including pricing strategy and contract negotiation. Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
