## Description

As a Director Integrated Supply Chain Operations here at Honeywell, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site. You will oversee, guide, and track procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

## Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization. Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and organizations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software. Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management. We Value Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
