## Description

Job Purpose: (Why does the job exist?) The Business Process Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes across all SENAAT business units to drive operational excellence and digital transformation. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams by translating business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions. The Business Process Analyst will lead business process reengineering initiatives, support enterprise application implementations, participate in project management activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of business transformation and IT projects. The role also supports governance, change management, testing, user training, and continuous process improvement initiatives. The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, consultants, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of business solutions. 1 Review, analyze, and document existing ("As-Is") business processes across all business units. 2 Identify business process gaps, pain points, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. 3 Design future-state ("To-Be") business processes aligned with business strategy and best practices. 4 Conduct business process workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders. 5 Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Maps, and SOPs. 6 Evaluate new business requirements and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. 7 Perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and business impact assessments for new initiatives. 8 Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, and v

## Requirements

Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Management. Preferred: MBA (Operations/IT/Project Management/Business Administration). Technical Certifications preferred: CBAP/CCBA/ECBA (IIBA); PMP or PRINCE2; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Oracle Fusion Functional Certification (preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years as Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Functional Consultant; Minimum 3 years in ERP or Digital Transformation Projects; Experience in Business Process Modeling using Visio or BPMN tools; Experience supporting end-to-end project implementation lifecycle.
