## Description

To facilitate and execute outbound sales and acquisition strategies, ensuring effective customer engagement, lead conversion, and revenue generation while maintaining quality service standards and compliance with organizational policies.

## Requirements

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications •    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. •    Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field is preferred.  •    Professional Certifications such as Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), or equivalent is advantageous.   Experience     •    A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the insurance or financial services industry.
