## Description

Role Overview: Manages day-to-day transportation, warehousing, supply chain tasks, and supervises operational teams to ensure efficient and compliant delivery and distribution. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Supervision: Oversees routine operational tasks, manages and schedules team work, approves overtime, and sets objectives to monitor performance. Distribution & Warehousing: Directs incoming and outgoing goods delivery, maintains accurate records, and manages inventory control across site locations. Compliance & Safety: Adheres strictly to health, safety, environment (HSE) policies, organizational standards, and relevant regulatory codes. Relationship Management: Assists senior colleagues with managing client and customer relationships. Core Competencies: Communicates effectively, plans and aligns work, directs team operations, and drives results under pressure. Maintains high standards for accountability, follows process improvements, and applies systematic problem-solving methods.
