## Description

To Intake, Plan, monitor, control, execute, and report regulatory projects and initiatives to ensure delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining alignment with the regulator. To lead regulatory project’s initiation activities, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with and approvals from key stakeholders. Ensure internal and external alignment, set clear expectations and adhere to them, monitor performance of regulatory portfolio, track progress against milestones, manage change requests, and mitigate risks to ensure project stability and continuity. Work with fellow PMO team to coordinate in delivery of any dependencies in alignment with the expectations. Act as single point of contact for IT on all regulatory topics.

## Requirements

Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications •    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. •    Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent. •    Experience with Agile and DevOps frameworks is a plus •    Must be an Arabic speaker Experience •    Minimum 5-6 years of experience in technology project management. •    Minimum 3 years experience specifically in area of application solution delivery  •    Minimum 3 years experience in presenting and communicating with senior leadership (SVPs – CxOs)
