Station Master

## Requirements

A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in passenger railways, transportation operations or similar Customer Services operations, with a track record of progressive responsibility. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds and handle customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in challenging and time-sensitive situations.
